Create Custom Mugs

The design is initially printed on a transfer foil and then put onto the product by means of thermal evaporation. If you want to print an own photo on your personalized mug you should align with the requirements for pixel graphics.

Every mug that we offer is printed by thermo sublimation.

You can choose one of the different mugs in our assortment to personalize it like you want. First step then is to take one of the designs of the image gallery or to upload your own photos for example. You can also select one of our fonts for your individual text on the personalized mug.

The camper mug and the full color mug should get hand washed only. The other mugs are dishwasher safe but washing by hand will lengthen the durability of your print.

Most of our mugs are microwave safe. The camper mug is the only one that shouldn't be placed in the microwave.

If you want to print an own photo on your personalized mug you should align with the requirements for pixel graphics:
Possible file formats are PNG, JPG, BMP or GIF. Please note the maximum file size of 10 MB, an image resolution of at least 200 dpi. and a maximum size 4000 x 4000 pixels. And make sure the design is isolated, meaning there is no background in it (also not in white).

If you want to return an item, you have three options. You can exchange it for a new product, exchange for a voucher that can be redeemed towards your next order or the refund of the purchase price is also possible as long as you didn’t customize the product yourself.

Yes, all custom mugs are printed in the USA, either in our production facility in Greensburg, PA, or Henderson, NV.

We don't have a minimum order quantity. You can order just one personalized mug.

The costs depend on the base price of the product you choose, the number of print areas (mugs mostly have three print areas, the panorama mugs just have one print area) you want to get printed and maybe a small fee for the design.
